Dan brings a wealth of experience including his Data Centre Industry background from the past two decades to bear on the day-to-day running of CAD Technologies.

Dan started his technical career within the Telecommunications and Information Technology sector in several countries. Since 2005, Dan was increasingly involved with project management of data centre fit-outs from project inception through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase, ensuring compliance and in accordance with the overall delivery programme and milestones. Over this time, Dan moved toward specialising in M&E, and taking a keen interest in standby batteries. 

Accordingly, Dan has gained specific experience with lead-acid batteries at all stages since 2011 including design, installation, maintenance (trending/capacity testing) at Global Energy Innovation and Midtronics Technologies. Dan started CAD Technologies with an emphasis on good quality, consistent battery data and an online platform to provide optimal customer support.

Head of Operations

Dave served over 10 years as an Electrical Technician for the Royal Navy. 

When he left the service he then worked for 10 years as a Service Supervisor for a large Global UPS & Critical power applications supplier dealing with the day-to-day running of a Service team that over-saw the correct operation of UPS and Battery systems (Rotary and static), Static Switches, Power converters and diesel engines. During this time, Dan and Dave crossed paths and worked alongside each other on various projects.

Dave brings a wealth of knowledge to the operational running of CAD Technologies with his military background and working within the Datacentre and Critical Power network for over 10 years. 

Service Delivery Manager

Jess is the newest team member to CAD and her role is to manage both our customers, clients and engineers. This includes the planning and organising of our maintenance and installations.  

With a background of working with customers and clients she also brings over 10 years experience within the Financial Services industry. Jess held various roles within her career, starting as an Apprentice and making her way up the chain to Assistant Vice President within an Internal Service Delivery team. 

 She has brought a fresh set of eyes and perspective to the company and we are excited to see her grow with us. 

Installation Team Leader

With my vast experience in installations, I have quickly moved up to team leader in this space. This involves managing other engineers, organising collection / drop off of batteries as well as floor protection and any other equipment needed for the job. 

I bring a wealth of experience and expertise that allows CAD to do what it does best and deliver the best for our customers.

Maintenance Team Leader

Having been with CAD for a number years, I am currently a team leader for maintenance. Managing engineers and working closely with site to ensure maintenance goes smoothly.  

With experience in the industry and my background of electronics this allows me to complete the job safely.

I always enjoy teaching and sharing my knowledge with the team and providing support where needed.
